I am a new investor in Washington state and we have some real issues up here with the crazy laws…
I have two deasl that I want to get get under contract and I think both meet the definitions of RCW 61.34 which is the distressed seller code in Washington State. I need to know how to proceed and I am a little scared.
They seem to make it very difficult up here to do business….
